This unit has really made me think more about the way that I speak and has made me wish I had studied english at A level or higher. When I was at comprehensive school I was more interested in Science and at that time I did reasonably well in creative writing but I found it hard to learn and understand the rules of the language. I am keen to learn more about my mother tongue and I will take pleasure on passing on this knowledge to my students.
