Unit 20 focuses on the difficulties teachers may encounter during their career. It gives many useful tips on how to deal with reluctant students for example or how to tackle problems that may arise when teaching very large groups or groups of students with different levels. This unit also gave me good advice on what should be taken into account when teaching a class for the very first time.
