These are simply practical advice tips on how to do the things that a teacher needs to do to establish a good relationship with their students and to communicate effectively. I found everything to be useful and in particular a few tips that will help me in a classroom setting. Asking a question but not saying the name of the student who will answer until the end of the question is a perfect example. It makes all the sense in the world that it would keep the other students engaged. I plan on using this and other tips this coming year.
