This was a very pleasant unit. I definitely learned the difference between authentic and created materials. The examples were very helpful. I learned about making a board plan so I would know where things are going to appear on my wipe board. I learned how visual aids can add to a lesson. I also learned the 2 types of dictionaries. The advantages and disadvantages of using a course book was extremely beneficial.I learned how I as the teacher can get the most out of my course book. Also the different options and approaches for course book use was also great. I benefited from the different examples and ideas for created material that was shown in the written part of the unit.
