Unit 12 addressed the two productive skills speaking and writing. I learned that accuracy refers to producing correct language while fluency is the ability to use the language creatively and have a good flow. Accuracy activities are seen in the study phase of a lesson and are often controlled or guided. Fluency activities are seen in the activate phase and are usually either guided or creative.
