This lesson is about Theories, methods and techniques. We have leanrt some methdologies of learning from the 17th century. The first ils ''the classical method'', unatural, with grammar translation. Then comes the direct method created by Gouin(1880 and Belitz(1990). This last one leads to some others metholgies such as Audiolingualism, Suggestopedia, the silent way, the TPR range from 1700s. The most popuplar is the Classical method. Then after, comes in 1998 the ESA method used by EFL. This one has 3 stages: Engage where we prompt students, we engage them by qyestions or drwaing something on the boards, or with pictures for letting class speak English. The, stage with Stdudy where we teach the lesson properly reagrding the lacks noticed in the first stage? Here, is scenario, the Activate Stage. Where there is a role play to have realistic situation in experiencing language by group of 3 or 4. The we need to correct with code, distinguing an error and a method, we need to give feedback so that the students could see their progress. Be less present in some stage and be present in some other stage.
