This lesson is about the many different teaching methodologies, the ESA methodology (the many way to use it), the many teaching materials and the ways to correct students with out crushing their spirits. Many of the teaching methodologies had negative and positives in using that teaching method but the best method is to use some form of all the teaching methods together. The ESA method allows for more flexibility in the classroom and helps the teacher and student stay on track and be more relaxed in the process of learning english as a foreign language.
