In this unit, present tense is classified into different groups and labelled with the terminology that are used to describe it by linguists. I learnt the distinct and actual rules regarding the usage of different parts of present tense which a native speaker would have learnt instinctually rather than grammatically. Different possible teaching activities for learning present tense were also mentioned in this chapter.
