In Unit 4 we learned about the 4 types of present tense: present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. We also looked at the form, use, and type of activities that work best with learning each tense. I found the section about form to be very educational, as it breaks down sentence construction and gives insight into how to form each tense structure in the positive, negative, and question format. The part about auxiliary verbs was difficult for me to understand at first, but it really helped me to learn the difference between the 4 present tense structures. We also learned about many activities that are beneficial for the activate stage. It was helpful to see the connection between content and activity.
