The motivation in the classroom plays an important function in promoting a healthy teaching environment. A successful teacher has the capability of making an effective and supportive classroom climate, allowing the energy of the classroom to be filled with excitement so students can find joy in their learning process. Teachers have to be absolutely committed to listening and understanding what each student has to say. Learn more about each student, including their desires, interests and life goals. The fundamental goal is to treat every student as an individual as much as possible. It is important to maintain strong eye contact with the student speaking so he or she has your complete attention. If students experience the classroom as a comprehensive and trusting place where everyone is valued and respected, they will be motivated throughout their language learning. Also, having students learn each other’s names creates an excellent environment that encourage learning and participation. A teacher’s passion undoubtedly impacts upon the energy of the classroom. When students see their teacher’s passion, they want to participate. Teachers are role models for students. If a teacher exhibits his or her own passion and enthusiasm for learning, this energy will be transferred to the classroom, developing motivated students. Teachers can demonstrate their enthusiasm for learning through facial expressions, whole body language and a tone of voice that conveys the message. Although interesting lessons generally take more work to prepare and to teach, teachers need to deliver subjects in a way that grabs the attention of their students. Take the lesson interesting with fun, game and a positive competition in group. The students become more motivated to learn and attend the class if teachers are dealing with fun activities in real-life situations. Not only young leaners but also adults generally learn most effectively when they can do active lessons that can help in the struggle against loss of motivation and dislike of subjects. Moreover, it is essential to ensure that all students get a chance to participate and feel included and valued. Students have to overcome obstacles to learn and grown. Teachers have to push their students themselves further than they normally do. Students like to be challenged and will work to achieve expectations so long as they believe those aims to be within their reach. Make goals high but reachable. If students are setting goals that are too high or too low, students may become apathetic to complete assignments and feel frustrated instead of being focused and concentrated. Finally, when a student is not doing well, teachers need to give positive feedback and a second chance if it is possible. It is recommended to create a mistake-friendly learning climate where students do not feel ashamed of their mistakes, but, on the contrary, motivate students to not give up and to continue to work on the solution. Students need to know that make mistakes is part of the learning process and provide an opportunity for self-improvement. Mistakes are inevitable and the sooner the students see them as something positive, the faster they will progress.
