Unit #4 gave me many thought-provoking ideas about establishing rapport in the classroom and its importance for relationship between students and a teacher. As we, as teachers, must maintain friendly relationship with our students. One must have a skill to easily recognize that something goes wrong with student's behavior and try to find a reason for that.The reasons could vary from personal low self-esteem to family problems. The ways of solving those problems are also different and require enough time to find the right resolution.
