This unit gave an insight about the class conduction , management and arrangement . This unit was particularly useful in providing knowledge about the various factors that can increase or decrease a student's talking time and his learning potential . It is also to be noted that arrangement of the class and a teacher's gestures , voice and command in class directly affects the way in which a student can learn . To pay attention on students as individuals and not to be overpowering in order to provide them optimum conditions to learn according to their personalities and age is also necessary .
