This Unit addresses the ways that teachers can develop an effective course for young learners. Teachers should be well aware of level testing and needs analysis for students (which determine what students know and what they need to know), how to create a syllabus and how to adjust it when faced with limiting factors, and the three stages of evaluation for courses which are : to evaluate the course material and suggest improvement, to receive feedback from students, and to provide the employer with an end of course report.
