This unit has been just as informative as every other unit of the course. I completely agree that reactions to problem behavior go a long way to determining repetition. My experience has proven to me that a loss of temper, shouting, or focussing anger on students rather than the behaviour always turns out badly. And I greatly appreciate the sample lesson plan provided.
