Unit 4 of TEYL has been about a lot of real-world classroom skills. Either through resources you can offer the students in aid of teaching, or how to control the discipline level of the room, proactively, or retroactively. A big issue in unit 4 was the usage of course books. What they can provide, as far as structure, and even grade of skill level, and also issues that commonly arise, mostly regarding lack of creativity and laziness on the teachers part. Overall though it was impressed that your biggest resource and tool for managing your student's ability to learn, or dictate their ability to fail, is you! Your demeanor is your biggest resource and how you present yourself defines your class.
