This unit has outlined the use of materials in the classroom such as course books, the internet, authentic and non-authentic materials and the different types of classroom management. Authentic materials as described in the unit are anything that a native speaker would listen to/read while non-authentic materials are specifically created for language learners. The unit has also outlined why lesson plans should be created, how to use them and what information should be on them.
