What I had learned in this unit is the proper usage of past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. I had also understand that all continuous forms feature some of the verb " to be " plus -ing form of the verb. If the verb "to be" is in the present, it will be present continuous. If the verb "to be" is in the past, it will be past continuous. Same as if the verb"to have is in the present, it will be present perfect. If the verb "to have" is in the past, it will be past perfect.
