The information in this unit will prove invaluable to teaching junior high school/high school students! It is very difficult for me to 'explain' how English tenses work. Usually we 'show don't tell'. However, the homeroom teachers and/or teachers of English who are also learning English usually want some type of explanation as to what the grammar rules are for certain tenses. Past perfect, past continuous and past perfect continuous were pretty much meshed together in my thinking so my explanations weren't very clear. But after reading this unit AND learning about the usage of each tense, I believe I can deliver clearer explanations to the teachers I work with.
