This unit taught me the various present tenses, and the way these sentences are formed. Sentences can have the same meaning, but there are many different tenses which can change structure of it, and the intent behind the sentence or question. I also learned common student mistakes, which was really beneficial because as a current English teacher, I have seen a lot of these mistakes, and this unit taught me why certain sentences are wrong, which can better help me when correcting students. Additionally, this unit provided many different activities for the activate stage to practice the different present tenses taught about.
