This unit was a very good source about organizing and how to behave to students. Firstly I was able to learn how to use eye contact, my voice and gestures properly. Secondly I read the types of grouping students, their possitives and negativies effects of them. Also the classroom arragement where you can design the tables according the needs of the students, space and nationality. Thirdly I have learnd about the attention that have to be given either on students or on teachers.How to give instructions in more attractive ways for the students in order to be focused. Finally how to maintain discipline in the class and which are the reasons for someone to misbehave and how to help them.
