This unit helps to identify skills and methods to manage my classes more effectively.I have learnt to manage TTT and STT,problematic behaviours are due to certain factors and how to respond to them effectively.I also learnt that I have the ability to prevent such behaviours in class.Different types of seating arrangement would aid my activities better as well.
