This unit was similarly helpful to unit four, although some of the questions were tricky with word choice (or perhaps overthinking!) Nevertheless, I am grateful that grammar review is included. Past simple irregular verbs must be memorized, and the idea to use card games seems very useful. Past perfect can be best described as "the past in the past", and key words "after" and "when". Storytelling can be helpful with this tense. When seeing "ago" in a sentance, it is important to point out this makes it past simple.
