I enjoyed learning about the reasons behind choosing vocabulary and grammar to be taught during a lesson. It was also good to read through some possible examples of lessons that could be taught to help the students to learn new vocabulary and grammar. I had not thought through the language functions before so this was interesting and learning about the appropriateness of language e.g. formal, informal or technical.
