It is important to build a strong rapport with the students as they will feel more interactive when the teacher asks for feedback on activities or lessons. There are numerous ways to build rapport with students such as knowing the student's name, talking in a pleasant manner and simply having a smile on your face. Communicating with other teachers is also an effective way to get ideas and feedback on how to improve the methods and strategies to help students perform better. Teachers can also research different methods from online sources to try out different strategies to perform in their lessons. Lessons do not want to become predictable as students will always be aware of the routine and lose interest. Hand gestures have to be used in a correct manner so that the students do not feel intimated or unsure by what the teacher is trying to say.
