A teacher or schoolteacher is someone who provides education to learners, the teacher impacts knowledge to student and boost their rational thinking .Teaching is said to be a gentleman profession, despite the responsibility of teachers many people are getting into this job because of variety of reasons, some of which could be their passion for this profession, because of the job satisfaction which other profession can’t, job security or because teaching is their true career path. If the teacher prepares a warm, happy comfortable environment, make students happy. An environment set by the teacher can be either positive or negative. If students sense the teacher is angry, students may react negatively to that and therefore learning can be impaired. Teachers are responsible for the social behaviour in their classrooms.
