I found this unit as the easiest one unit at the moment. The present tense varies alot depending on the situation of the speaker and essentially on time. The main confusion that i used to have along time ago and perhaps a confusion of any student is the difference between simple past and present continuous. The problem arised because they look much more the same when the action takes place. I vanquished this by drawing a time line and writing a particular sentence and put it in the time line , thus determining where this specific action happens and when it ends and also taking into account the tpe of verb used as it may totally change the context of speech. However, even today i came across examples particularly when i watch movies or in some articles where the speaker uses for instance a prasent perfect tense, but as a matter of fact , there would be a high possibility of uusing past perfect tense. My last words concerning this topic, i think by opening on variant examples whether one is is watching a movie or reading an English book, he / she will be more capable of knowing the specific context of each tense.
