Although I’ve lived in Australia and studied for long period, I did not know the tense system well as I learnt it through speaking than studying. However, through this unit I’ve learnt more about tense system and how they work. I’ve learnt that there’re four aspects which are simple, continuous, perfect and perfect continuous. This unit teaches four present tenses. By learning these, my present tense got stronger and now know how to use the tense exactly which formed me to understand easily about why I need to use correctly. It was easy to understand as it gave some of examples of the present tenses. From teaching ideas I learnt that activities are all different depending on which present tense you are teaching the students.
