For the purpose of teaching the different tenses in English, teachers of English as a foreign language categorize the tenses into twelve different types. There are three different tenses in English and each of those have four aspects, which totals to twelve all together. In this unit I learned how to create lessons through the ESA method based on teaching the usage of the twelve different tenses.
