Thanks to the lesson " Managing classes", I recognized that managing an English ( or other languages) class is extremely complicated. It includes nine main items. They are: 1. Eye contact, gesture and the voice 2. grouping students 3. Classroom arrangement 4. Writing on the board 5. Giving invidual attention 6. Teacher talking time and Student talking time 7. Giving instructions 8. Establishing rapport 9. Maintaining discipline We have to learn these things and apply them how to be effective and suitable with our every class.
