This unit focuses on classroom management. This unit has been very helpful to understand different aspects of managing a classroom, from different seating arrangements to establishing rapport with students to ensuring discipline. The techniques and methodologies have been explained well and are clear. This unit has also helped me get a better perspective on organizing and managing a classroom. The most valuable lesson to can take from the unit is that it is a teacher's duty to inspire their students and instill confidence in them by being attentive and learning about them.
