This unit gives me more information about how to manage a classroom. Now, in the classroom, I know how to interact with my students by eye contact, by my voice or my gesture to encourage, to check if students are participating as well as creating a good rapport with students. I also understand that being a learner, students should talk more than teacher. In addition, maintaining discipline is important too. If there is a problem behaviour in classroom, I know what to do: find out the reasons, responding to it, and try to prevent it happen in the future.
