For me, the materials are good for a certificate-level course. Questions 15 to 19 are based on situations of good practices. A section of good practices in teaching could also be present. From my personal experience, this was one of the hardest areas in beginning teaching to get my head around. I thought that my expertise was more important than my rapport with students. As a more experienced teacher, I see more of the importance on rapport building and entertaining.
