As I scanned, read and internalized the materials, I've learned that a teacher should be responsible enough because being a teacher is not just a mere profession but a calling. Being a teacher takes a lot of efforts, understanding and patience, however with love and passion, these three will just be fair, easy and common things to deal with. When a person becomes a teacher, he/she automatically becomes a parent as well and as a parent, of course we always want to help our students to become the best versions of themselves; we want to see them grow as a person with knowledge and a heart. I also learned that teaching in a different range of ages varied. We as teachers should be sensitive enough to know their strengths and limitations. We are their guide and so, if ever they committed an error, we are there to correct them without even a pinch of insult. We should be able to motivate them in every way possible and should let them know and feel that we believe in them.
