This unit summarizes different roles and responsibilities of both teachers and learners in the classroom. As for a teacher in China, I feel quite useful of knowing several roles of teachers. Teachers should not only manage the whole class, but also support or guide the students in pairs or individually. More importantly, each learner is unique and has their features. After getting through this unit, I want to provide different solutions and help for my students.
