After studying unit 1, I know what a good teacher is and what a good learner is. When a learner studies a second language, English,for varies reasons, he/she needs pay a lot of efforts on it. They all have the same goal, which is to learn this language, to obtain it, like a skill which can always be with him/her. Since they have different characters and different habits of studying, as an English teacher, we should understand them, guide them to study in a proper way. Besides, we should improve ourselves from time to time. We should know how to manage the class and the students, then we can monitor them, give them proper feedback and offer them help in time. In unit 1, I found many new things which have been summed up, which are more logical for me to study. Also I'm looking forward the following content related to this unit.
