a good teacher should be kind ,patient and love teaching . a good teacher must care more about learning of the students more than care about her teaching. teacher should have this roles 1- manger 2-organizer 3-assessor 4-prompter 5-participant 6-tutor 7-facilitator 8-model 9-monitor each role is going to depend on the type of activity and what we wish the student to achieve and good teacher should know which role to take and when. there are some qualities we found in a good learners such as willingness to listen to the language. A desire to experiment the languaage. A willingness to ask questions An acceptance of error correction A desire to learn adults students will usually have made decisions to themselves so they have some reasons that motivate them to attend the class such as future career prospects for travel purposes to study or live in an English speaking country
