I have learned about the different levels of English learners in a defined and structured way. I have learned what to look for in students trying to learn a new set of skills, and use that to help them achieve their goals. For example, using group activities or other interactive activities can help some students more than others. This can help motivate them or it can discourage their learning if implemented to quickly.
