Overall, the very conclusion I came up with during my study of the unit is that a teacher should above all be kind and should be the example to whom the students are looking forward to. A good personality and a polished background knowledge are probably the most effectual attributes that shape a good teacher. On the other hand, we may say that the desire and motivation to gain knowledge are basic attributes of a learner who wants to succeed as well as to achieve his/her goal. Undoubtedly,there is a relationship between teacher and student.This relationship is not bounded at that profession or benefit relation.Indeed, it is a well established bridge between the wants, intentions, and mantality of learner and the flair of the teacher to exploit that positively in the educational process.
