I have learnt from this unit the roles of a teacher that make him/her a good one and how they can change depending on many factors such as the learners themselves, their ages, their levels etc. In other words, i have learnt that while changing his/her role in the class such as being a prompter,organiser,tutor etc, a teacher should pay attention to the nature and integrity of his/her class. Motivation, experience and behaviour are variable depending on the age of learners. For example, a 3-year-old learner is more likely to play during the lesson . However a 10-year-old learner can be more percipient so he/she can pay more attention to the lesson. In sum, i have deduced from this unit the qualities of a good teacher and learner, the differencies between learners, their levels and what they motivate them in the class.
