Unit 1 was a very good introduction. I have learnt that I, as an English Teacher, have to play many different roles in the classroom. I have to be aware of the students' background, nationality and culture; not only of their level. I have learnt how important it is to know my students; what they like, what their weaknesses are etc., to help them learn more effectively.
