Unit 1 taught me to care more for the students' needs and also be considerate when it comes to cultural differences. It is necessary to build good rapport with students so teachers can encourage students easier. Besides being a controller and assessor, teachers also have to be an organizer and a facilitator to meet different functions of a lesson. After learning about several language levels, I understand more on the levels of ability in English.
