The role of a good teacher needs to address various issues. Some of these are the age of the students, their level of knowledge of the English language as well as the cultural environment. Such issues will need to be considered by the teacher in order to maximise the student's learning as well as tailoring the best teaching method and approached to the class. The attention and dedication of the students during the classes is in great part a reflection of a teacher's correct methods. Limited topics but a more fun environment will be more suitable to a young crowd, where a more adult approach will consequently cater to a more mature class.
