This unit was devoted to the aspects of both good teachers and good learners. The teacher section both described a variety of important positive traits, emotional and functional, and also described different roles that teachers take throughout class times. I had never really broken down the different roles before and found that eye opening. More novel for me was the exploration of learners which coverd aspecs of good learners, core motivations a teacher can expect to encounter and key differences between adult and youth learners. I found the last part most interesting, especially the reflection on teen agers as the most difficult students. Different aspects of Childhood learning were most interesting to me. Thank you!
