I found this unit quite useful as it gives both logic and accurate definition of different roles that the teacher may have in the class, their pros and corns and as it also explains the necessity to switch from one role to another according to the class activity or situation wether it would be instructiong groups of students or encouraging one particular member of the class. And it generaly gives an idea of how important it is for the teacher to bouild up a proper relation with his/her students.
