This unit focused in on the soft skills needed to have success in this educational discipline. It engaged with what makes a good teacher good, what makes a good student good, and how those two realities work together for a successful educational environment. It also walked through some great examples of the consequences of poor execution in an EFL classroom. Having worked with EFL students before, this unit was a good reminder for me of what I need to remember when approaching new opportunities in this educational discipline.
