It is a discussion and overview of some qualities of what makes a good teacher and a good learner. Both teacher and learner need to be alert, enthusiastic, and willing to learn new things. Both must be reflective and willing to ask questions and learn new things. A teacher has to care about the learning of their students more than they do about talking and communicating all of the time, with just student interaction. A student has to be willing to make mistakes with the language at all skill levels, and be able to accept correction.
