This unit provided a clear insight into the role of a teacher in shaping the intellect , the curiosity and the overall personality of a student . I learnt about the various stages in the journey of a teacher from being a Manager to a Motivator , an assessor to a prompter , from a facilitator to being a model . It was an immense pleasure to learn about the subtleties of being a organizer and also the participant while dealing with students . This lesson also provided me an insight about different levels of languages and the nuanced role of a teacher while dealing with the different kinds of learners . Teachers have a big role to play in shaping the career of the learners and hence have a big responsibility in providing the students the best education possible .
