This unit contains information on what makes good teacher and different roles of a teacher as well as differences between adult and younger learners and how to approach the different students depending on the age range. I have learnt that kids need motivation and lots of fun games where as adults are usually motivated by themselves because it is their own decision to study. Although adults usually have motivation there can still be problems with them because of their life experience, they can also get very nervous because a lot are scared about loss of face. Overall I think I learnt a lot about the differences depending on the age of the learner.
