‘A good teacher’ will have ‘good students’. That is what I have learned from this unit. Each learner is unique, they have their own learning experience, their own motivation and there are big differences between young learners and adults. A good teacher will be able to help his/her students enjoy their learning. Also, a teacher has many roles in the class and a good teacher can switch between these roles appropriately and be sure of how to carry out the required role.
