From this unit, I have learnt that what qualities should a good teacher have. A teacher should care about the learning of the students more than his/her own teaching. If the teacher focus on the learning of the students, there will be more interactions between the teacher and the students. Otherwise the teacher would only be a teaching tool. The most important role of the teacher should be an organizer in a class. The teacher will give instructions, initiate activities. And the student will study in groups and become self-learners and motivated. It’s very important that a teacher could inspire the students’ willingness to learn.
